MatchAudit ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our dating profile analysis service.

Data collected

We collect the following data:

Email: to create your account and contact you
Photos: uploaded for analysis (not stored)
Bio: text submitted for analysis
Analysis results: stored in your history if logged in
Payment information: processed by Stripe (we don't store your banking data)

Photo processing

Your photos are sent directly to the Claude API (Anthropic) for real-time analysis. They are never stored on our servers. No human sees your photos. They are automatically deleted after analysis.

Data usage

Your data is used only to:

Provide the analysis service
Save your analysis history (logged-in users)
Process payments
Contact you in case of account issues

Third-party services

We use the following services:

Anthropic (Claude API): AI analysis of photos and bios
Stripe: payment processing
Supabase: authentication and database
Vercel: hosting and analytics

Data retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Your analysis history is kept until manual deletion or account closure. You can delete your account and all your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Obtain a copy of your data

Cookies

We only use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymized data on site usage (no third-party cookies).
